The aim of the work is to investigate the sources of methane evolution, to agree on the "Ventilation and isolated methane drainage project from the developed lava space No. 132 on a rigid metal pipeline using the ÂÌÖÃ-7Ì gas-suction unit" and develop "Lava degassing project ¹ 132 PS "Mine Stepova" to State Enterprise "L'vovugol". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation for lava testing ¹ 132 of the n7í layer of the mine "Stepova" to State Enterprise "L'vovugol" state enterprise was analyzed. Calculation of the expected methane emission within the excavation area, calculating the air flow for ventilation of the excavation site and the performance of the degassing pipeline are performed. The substantiation of a choice of a way and the scheme of degassing of a clearing site is carried out. A "Lava degassing project ¹ 132 of the n7í layer of the mine "Stepova" to State Enterprise "L'vovugol" was developed. The project "Ventilation and isolated methane drainage from the developed lava space ¹ 132 to the 557 m horizon along a rigid metal pipeline was agreed with the help of the ÂÌÖÃ-7Ì gas-suction unit at the mine "Stepova" to State Enterprise "L'vovugol". The results of the implementation of the developments - the application of the developed recommendations allowed to ensure gas safety in the conduct of mining operations, which is of great socioeconomic and ecological importance.
