The purpose of the work is to train the personnel of DTEK Dobropolyeugol LLC with issuing certificates on the topic: “Rules for conducting mining operations on seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena.” Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, standard techniques. As a result of the work, the mining characteristics of the mines and the outburst hazard of the coal seams being mined at the mines of DTEK Dobropolyeugol were analyzed. A special course training program “Rules for conducting mining operations on seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena” was developed. The staff was trained on the topic: “Rules for conducting mining operations on seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena” with issuance of certificates.
