Object. To study the features of laser coagulation use and antiangiogenic therapy associated with retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity. Research methods: visometry, refractometry, tonometry, computer perimetry, biomicroscopy, optical coherent tomography (OCT) of the macula, multicolor photos of fundus, fluorescence angiography, calibrometry of retina vessels, rheoophthalmography. There was discovered a relationship between the choroidal thickness and choroidal blood flow according to the data of rheoophthalmography in patients with age-related macular degeneration which has a correlation with the patient's age. Scientific data have been supplemented that in the thrombosis of the central retinal vein non-ischemic form occurs in 64% of cases, ischemic - in 36%. The non-ischemic form in the thrombosis of branch retinal vein is noted in 66% of cases, ischemic - in 34%. Inhibitors of anti-vascular endothelial growth factors lead to arterial vasoconstriction and decrease of the subfoveal choroidal thickness. Scientific data have been supplemented that the risk of not achieving of the desired treatment pathomorphosis in retinopathy of prematurity in zone 1 is higher than in 2 and 3 zones, and in the back aggressive retinopathy of prematurity it is higher than in the threshold and pre-threshold (Type 1) stage.
