Research methods and instruments: refractometry, ophthalmoscopy, biomicroscopy, visometry, immunological, refractometer Hartinger, slit lamp 30SL-MOpton, binocular ophthalmoscope "Heine" Omega 500, aspherical lens 20 diopters "Volk", ultrasonic for posterior pole research "Aviso" by company "Quantel Medical", optical coherent tomograph "Retiscan" company Rolland, Germany, quantitative sandwich-method of enzyme immunoassay. Expanded knowledge about the incidence of partial optic nerve (ON) atrophy after intravitreal interventions in patients with PDR, which accounted for 56,1% of cases after 2 months and did not change 1 year after the operation, while the frequency of partial ON atrophy is higher in patients with tractional detachment of the macula - 37,1% compared with patients with vitreous hemorrhage - 19,0% of cases. After intravitreal interventions in patients with PDR, the functional activity of the visual analyzer is reduced on average by half compared with the normal, as evidenced by the data of the VEP on a flash 12 Hz and for the 1° and 0°15' pattern. At the same time, in patients with macula tractional detachment, the functional activity of ON after 2 months is reduced on average by 1,7 times as compared with patients with vitreous hemorrhage, and on average by 1,9 times after 1 year of observation. It was worked out a statistical model of prognosis of low visual outcomes after vitrectomy in patients with PDR according to which the presence of the following factors: the duration of diabetes more than 15 years, the duration of the proliferative process is more than 2 years, blood glucose subcompensation, critical flicker frequency by phosphene less than 35 Hz, the initial height of the tractional detachment of the macula is above 800 ?m, prevents achieving visual acuity higher than 0,1. A sensitivity of this model is 87,5% , a specificity - 79,5%. Product Description popup.authors Aslanova Veronika S. Velychko Liudmyla M. Elhaj Emhamed Ali Abdalslam Emhamed Putienko Alexey O.
