The purpose of the research work is to develop an extraction-electrochemical method of extracting from extinguished oils and to convert carbonyl and carboxylic compounds electrochemically into useful and harmful substances. Used methods of treatment of poorly ozonized air of exhausting oils, continuous extraction of products of the decomposition of ozonides and degradation of oils, standard methods for determining the physicochemical indices of worked and regenerated oils. Used household ozonizer of the brand XJH-F5, standard equipment for checking the quality of worked and regenerated oils, potentiostat, Chromathek chromatograph Crystal 5000.2, X-ray fluorescence analyzer Elva X. Positive scientific and experimental results on selective purification of waste oils have been obtained and methods of oxidation regeneration by electrochemical methods have been developed. Previous studies proved that the regenerated oils comply with the requirements of regulatory documents for base oils. Developed a combined chemical and extraction-electrochemical method of regeneration of the worked oils with the output of about 90%, without the formation of difficultly utilized waste; For the first time, the use of weakly ozonized air for the treatment of exhausting oils was proposed, followed by the oxidative decomposition of the formed ozonidhydrogen peroxide; an electrochemical method of regeneration of oxygen-containing degradation products of oils and a decay of ozonides removed by continuous extraction on affordable safe electrode materials was proposed.
