The general information is provided, the methodical bases of the management process on mining and processing enterprises of Ukraine, which are connected with ensuring their stable functioning, formation of investment-innovation and international strategies of enterprise development, planning and and forecasting of the operating system of the enterprise within the concept of sustainable development.The methodological recommendations developed within the framework of the GDR are partly implemented at the coal mines of the DTEK Pavlohradvugil, and also the Interpipe NMTZ PrAT. The developed methodological guidelines and recommendations can be used in the practice of enterprises of the industrial sphere of the Ukrainian economy. The mining and processing sectors of the industry are the sphere of application. The obtained results allow to predict the economic efficiency at the level of 10-15% increase in profitability and profitability of industrial enterprises.
