The object of research is the business processes of managing industrial enterprises. The purpose of the GDR is to develop theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for optimizing business processes of management by industrial enterprises. Research methods. The theoretical basis of the study consists of the methods of structural-logical and critical analysis of business process management at the level of industrial enterprises.
