The aim of the work is to develop an adjustment to the “Degassing Project of the 3rd northern lava of the stepped slope No.1 of the L3 reservoir of the "Novodonetskaya mine" with the use of an isolated methane withdrawal to combat local accumulations”. Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation for the development of the 3rd northern lava of the stepped slope No.1 of the seam l3 was analyzed. The calculation of the expected methane release at the excavation site, the air flow required for ventilation, and the allowable for the gas factor load on the clearing face. The degassing parameters of the 3rd northern lava of the stepped slope No.1 of reservoir l3 were calculated using the ПДУ-50 installation. An adjustment has been made to the “Degassing Project 3 of the northern lava of the stepped slope No.1 of the reservoir l3 of the "Novodonetskaya mine" using isolated methane drainage to combat local accumulations”.
