Film machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for the concentration of thermolibious fluids. However, the optimization of the mode of operation can not be carried out without the establishment of peculiarities of the course of physical processes. A computer model of hydrodynamics is proposed, taking into account all structural features, initial and boundary conditions. The results of computer simulation provide an opportunity to adequately assess the effectiveness of the use of rotary disk film evaporator for concentration of thermolabs materials. The peculiarities of flow of physical processes in the equipment of the patented structure, by computer simulation of hydrodynamics in the ANSYS environment, are determined using k-ε turbulence model. As a result of the simulation, the following data were obtained: gas and liquid phase velocities, displacement stress in a fluid, intensive turbulent flow zones, which are the main parameters of the hydrodynamics of a rotary disk film evaporator. The reliability of the results is ensured by the correctness, completeness and adequacy of the physical assumptions in the statement of the task and at the stage of its solution with the use of the ANSYS automated design system. Experimental studies on the pilot stand have been carried out, which made it possible to determine the optimal parameters of the dewatering process of thermolabilus materials. The criterion equation of heat transfer is obtained, which can be used in the calculation method for the heat transfer of mass. It has been established that the proposed design is an effective alternative to solutions for concentration. The obtained data can be used in the design of heat-and-exchange equipment for highly effective dewatering of thermolabilus materials.
