The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions to ensure the socio-economic development of Ukraine in the spatial, organizational, administrative and value dimensions. The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical and methodological substantiation of the factors and prerequisites of socio-economic development of Ukraine from the position of spatial, organizational, administrative and value dimensions. Such issues as the features of the formation of clusters as a tool for sustainable socio - economic development of Ukraine, the development of the infrastructure of the domestic research space in Association with the EU, factors and prerequisites of quantitative and qualitative changes in the total financial potential of Ukraine, improving the competitiveness of the corporate sector and its impact on the harmonization of Ukrainian social standards with European standards, public-private partnership in the field of health in the context of socio-economic development of Ukraine were investigated;also problems and prospects of development of innovative potential of Ukraine, methodological bases of formation of national system of electronic health care were systematized; the complex analysis of formation of directions of modern investment policy in Ukraine was carried out.
