The purpose of the research is to improve the fire protection of objects by substantiating the general provisions of the fire safety management system, which, due to the managerial decisions of the subject, helps to achieve an acceptable level of risk of fire on the site. Method of research: analytical, probabilistic-statistical method, method of expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: the scheme of the organizational structure of the fire safety control system of the object of protection and the scheme of functioning of the fire safety management system, as well as the stages of their operation, have been developed. The imperfection of existing approaches with regard to existing organizational measures for ensuring fire safety at the security object is shown. Novelty of the research - on the basis of the conducted research the requirements for functioning of the fire safety control system of the object of protection were established and the corresponding structure of the fire safety control system functioning was developed, depending on the features of the object of protection. The effectiveness of the implementation allows the implementation of organizational requirements and technical requirements for objects of various functional purposes to the fire prevention system and fire protection complex.
