Results. Calculations of the decoupling phenomenon were made on the volume of emissions as well as the generation of waste by hazard classes and used fuel and water resources, which showed an increase in anthropogenic impact on the environment and the economic imbalance of the mining industry. The research also use frameworks as an auxiliary instrument implementing the principles of sustainable development.
