The purpose of the work is to develop the “Decontamination project of the excavation site 6 of the northern “bis” of lava of block 10 of the d4 layer of Public Joint-stock Company "РokrovskoeMineGroup". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation for working out 6 northern “bis” of lava of block 10 of d4 layer of Public Joint-stock Company "РokrovskoeMineGroup" was analyzed. The expected methane emissions within the excavation site, the required degassing efficiency and air consumption for ventilation of the excavation site, the parameters and mode of the roof degassing by wells, and the required diameters of the gas pipeline were calculated. Developed "Measures for the management of the degassing system of the excavation section 6 of the northern "bis" of lava block 10 during fires in the mine workings." The “Project of degassing of the excavation site 6 of the northern “bis” of lava of block 10 of the d4 reservoir of Public Joint-stock Company "РokrovskoeMineGroup" has been developed. The results of the implementation of the development - the application of the developed recommendations helped to ensure gas safety in mining, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
