The purpose of this work is to attempt the use of a vortex-current flaw detector with the use of wireless data transmission (WDT) to create a universal system of non-destructive control (NDC) of remote objects, information about the state of which is rapidly transmitted over long distances for further processing and adoption of the necessary solution. This increases the probability of data transfer by using digital processing and directly transferring digital information from the primary converter to the information processing center (IPC). The object of the study - a wireless eddy current flaw detector built using a system on the ARM crystal. The subject of research - the creation of a flaw detector with a greater functional and better characteristics. Research methods are based on the development and experimental study of wireless interfaces for the transmission of information, modern software, digital processing of signals of wireless eddy current flaw detectors. The results of the conducted researches and their detailed analysis made it possible to improve the methodology, reliability and accuracy of non-destructive testing of objects and substances. Mobility, convenience, reliability and ease in the creation of devices and systems for NDC with WDT opens a new direction in defectoscopy. The absence of connecting cables in the transmission of WDT data from and to objects allows monitoring in any spatial position and in places with restricted access. The connection and use of powerful PCs located in the IPC, in the system of NDC, allows the use of various methods of data processing and automatic registration and storage of diagnostic results. Foreseeable assumptions about the development of the research object - development of technical documentation for implementation in batch production.
