The modern health care system of Ukraine is characterized by the availability of adequate medical care for patients, which arises in the context of budget deficit and negatively influences the procurement of necessary medicines. Proceeding from this, one of the biggest problems of the domestic health care system is the search for ways to improve the medical support during the medical-diagnostic process of polytraumatic damage. An important step in the implementation of this task is the organizational and economic substantiation of medical provision of injured soldiers with injuries and wounds of various localization in the conditions of provision of specialized medical care at the level of military-medical clinical centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Proceeding from this, the necessity of optimization of the medical supply system, the development of medical standards, the creation of formular lists of medicines and the development of appropriate norms for the treatment of injured soldiers with injuries and wounds of various localization appears. n the process of carrying out research work, the selection, analysis and generalization of normative information and scientific literature on the current state of organization of medical support for servicemen, pharmacotherapy of injuries and wounds of different localization has been carried out, methodological approaches to the formation of lists of medicinal products have been determined, the modern state of the market of medicinal products, which used to treat the victims, developed a method of conducting expert evaluation, established lists of medicines from sobiv to provide medical personnel from injuries and wounds of various locations.
