Development of highly sensitive methods for measuring linear and angular displacements of objects on the basis of the use of linear angular displacements of objects on the basis of the use of the electric field of surface acoustic wave (SAW), which extend on piezoelectric structures, with contactless electrically bound SAW the receiver 2. Development and research of mathematical models of primary converters linear and angular displacements on the basis of the use of electric field SAW. Which allow to determine the requirements for structural and electrical parameters, depending on the given metrological characteristics. 3. Development and experimental study of models acousto-electronic transducers of linear and angular displacements on the basis of phase raids on the surface of linear (ring) piezoelectric structures of the electric field of 3 SAWs, which propagate simultaneously and adopted by the SAW-receiver: the coefficient of the transformation of linear displacements with the sound pipe on Niobium lithium YZ-cut on an accurate scale at a frequency of 70.62 MHz was 7.28 e.hg./μm; the coefficients of the conversion of linear and angular displacements on the basis of the film piezoelectric structure zinc oxide-fused quartz on the exact scales amounted to 7.59 e.h.g./μm so 0.55 e.h./a.sec.; when presenting the results of measurement with 22bits of binary code, we get the price of bits on: the exact scale (11bits)-0.022μm(0.31 a.sec); on an intermediate scale (6bits)-46 microns(632.81a.sec); on a coarse scale (5bits)-2,944 mm(11.25a.sec).
