The subject of the work is the study of electrical, photosensitive and photovoltaic properties of films and heterojunctions with the specified contact systems. The purpose of the work is to establish an optimal contact system in terms of geometry and contact material using the results of the research. The first section provides an overview of the literature that deals with contact systems, materials of contact systems and methods of their application. The second section deals with the structural, optical and electrical properties of contact systems on the basis of thin ITO films, depending on the technological regimes of their synthesis. The third section of the work presents the results of the study. The description of technology of synthesis of thin film silicon solar cells and contact systems to them is given. Also calculated electrical and optical parameters of films and heterojunctions with investigated contact systems are presented.
