Through the use of such research methods as content analysis, in-depth interviews, discourse analysis, comparative analysis, etc., the following results were obtained: the various consequences of the Revolution of Dignity in the media industry, including with the purpose of distributing true expert information about Ukraine in international scientific journals and other foreign media in different languages; developed methods of faсtchecking, verification of public texts, fight against misinformation (StopFake site). The achievements of civil society, the attitude towards freedom of speech, its formal and factual provision in the press were studied.
