The attitude of the population towards the social / charitable activities of the Ferrexpo group of companies were also defined; As a result — we found out possible reserves of cooperation between Ferrexpo companies and the local and regional community. During a survey a hight quality questionnaire of all segments of the population was carried out. This questionnaire represented a question about the factors influencing the internal and external environment on population’s activity and as well activities in the context of interaction with the business environment of the group of companies Ferrexpo. The rate of awareness and support of the company's social and charitable projects in the city and district was done. The obstacles to the development of the partnership of social relations with the community were defined and expectations for improving the social climate were analyzed.
