The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for the creation of radiation-protective composite material based on epoxy polymer and titanium hydride with high hydrogen content. And also development, manufacturing and installation of industrial-technological equipment for reception of a high-pressure compound - titanium hydride. Methods of research - methods of selecting the parameters of the technological regime, the weight determination method of hydrogen, the method of measuring the linear coefficient of neutron yield and their relaxation length were used. Optimized conditions for the synthesis of ultrafine powders of titanium hydride with high hydrogen content. Creations of concrete-epoxy resin compositions with various component ratios, in which the epoxy polymer acts as a binding material, and as a filler of titanium hydride with high hydrogen content. The technological rules for obtaining composites have been developed. The auxiliary equipment has been created and the determined output coefficient and neutron relaxation length have been determined. It was shown that the composite increases the protective properties of the epoxy resin by 21%. Product Description popup.authors Bezorozhev Oleksiy V.
