There are generalized different points of view regarding the interpretation of the bank's reputation risk. The author's understanding of the concept of "risk of reputation of the bank" is presented, which is considered simultaneously in the system of coordination "behavior and causes of the consequences of violations." The features of the Bank's risk reputation are determined and its dualistic nature is substantiated, which allows identifying the place of this risk in the integrated risk management system. The necessity of managing the bank's reputation risk is substantiated. The purpose, tasks, principles and stages of bank's reputation risk management are determined. The methodical approaches to assessing the reputation risk of the bank are disclosed. Formulated author's criteria. Proposals on organization and information provision of risk management of reputation of the bank are developed. According to the results of the study, "Methodological recommendations for managing the bank's reputation risk" were prepared for JSC "CB" GLOBUS".
