The purpose of the study is to create a modern digital software and hardware complex ICS, which will guarantee the efficient and safe management of the NPP power unit in normal operation and emergency conditions. Research methods and equipment - the development of ICS was carried out at the KICA landfill site on a personal computer model using special research and testing methods. The modernization of ICS can significantly expand the system's capabilities by: - application of modern MALs; - Connection to ICS external security systems; - modernization of system and application software; - the use of modern information technology and human-machine interface. The modernization of the ICS allows for the safe and reliable operation of power unit number 3 and to decide on the extension of its operation. The introduction of modernized ICS does not in any way violate the requirements of the current normative documents of Ukraine on safety, environment and environmental protection.
