The following tasks had to be solved to achieve this goal: general theoretical and methodological principles of strategic development of the enterprise in the distribution system; the factors and preconditions of the process of formation of the distribution policy of the enterprise are estimated; Principles and methods of marketing management of distributive policy of the enterprise are investigated; the necessity of forming a perspective distribution model based on the principles of e-commerce has been proved.
