Proposals on the directions of modernization of the economic legislation of Ukraine and its adaptation to the EU economic legislation in the context of meeting the requirements of sustainable development have been prepared. Some results obtained during the study were submitted to the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement of the Parliament and the Administration of the President of Ukraine for use in law-making and methodological work aimed at the implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the field of legal regulation of economic relations. The results of the research are published in 128 scientific papers, which are represented by 1 collective monograph, 3 personal monographs, 4 sections in the monographs, 1 national report (several sections), 1 analytical report on the Annual Message of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (one section), 2 encyclopedic publications (in the form of commented terms), 62 articles in scientific journals, 47 abstracts in the collections of scientific conferences, seminars and round tables, 7 publications in print and electronic media.
