The most pronounced therapeutic effects were obtained using live human 4BL line cells (multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells) and A102 line cells (skin fibroblasts). Mechanisms of regenerative effect are probably mediated by products that cells release into the culture medium during cultivation. The high efficiency of cell-free preparations containing a complex of biologically active substances secreted by cells during of their vital activity in vitro is shown. The most effective for the healing of burn wounds among all studied preparations was a one based on a medium conditioned by 4BL cells.
