Aim of the study-To improve the methods of treatment and diagnosis of expertise and to develop scientifically substantiated standard differentiated medical rehabilitation programs to improve its quality and improve the disability indicators of patients with coxarthrosis. The problem of treatment and diagnosis of arthrosis has not yet been fully resolved. Modern conservative treatment measures only suspend for some time the progression of pathological destructive-dystrophic changes in the hip joint and are not able to dramatically affect the course of the disease. In this connection, the issues of adequate medical expert evaluation of the disease course, preparation and carrying out of individual treatment and rehabilitation programs with timely referral of patients for surgical treatment are especially important. The issues of restoration of lower extremity causality in patients of young age with dysplastic coxarthrosis, high hip dislocation (congenital and acquired), femoro-acetabular conflict, in patients after removal of the endoprosthesis and in case of inability to re-encephalitis, and also endoprosthesis, are still unresolved. Thus allows to consider the problem of improvement of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation of patients with coxarthrosis urgent, which needs further scientific research.
