(n-368). The follow-up study involved 200 women with MS and reproductive health disorders (RHD) (group I) and 19 women with MS without RHD (group III), as well as 50 healthy women (control group). The aim of the study was to determine the proportion of MS according to the harmonized criteria of 2009 and its individual components in a cohort of Ukrainian women of reproductive age; study the association of MS with reproductive health disorders, investigate the anatomical and functional features of the breast, uterus, and ovaries, as well as the psycho-emotional condition of the women being examined. Summarizing the results of this stage of the study and the data from current literature, we can conclude that hormone-related disorders of reproductive health in women can be a pathogenetic component of MS, and considered as a risk factor for MS. Further research in this area is promising in view of the possibility of improving preventive measures. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
