Efficiency of work consists in increase of the organization and management of the market potential of the enterprise on the basis of substantiation of theoretical provisions of the network economy and determination of methodical approaches to their realization at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The object of study - the processes of formation of organizational and economic mechanism of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. The purpose of the work is to substantiate theoretical provisions, to define methodological approaches and to develop applied recommendations for increasing the market potential of the enterprise by improving the management of network interaction. In the process of research, systematic and complex approaches were used. Research methods: sociological methods, economic and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical methods, method of expert assessments, method of fuzzy sets. Data processing was performed using computer technology and Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research work: - scientific and methodological approaches to determining the prospects of development of cross-sectoral integration entities by standard sizes of enterprises are developed, which are based on the selection of the main characteristics of internal markets that determine the behavior of their participants in working with partners; - developed and tested scientific and methodological tools for expert assessment of the degree of harmonization of interests of business network participants, which relies on methodological approaches of fuzzy logic; - improved scientific and practical recommendations for evaluating the efficiency of enterprise participation in the agro-industrial business network; - expanded statistical forms of reporting for industrial enterprises.
