During the research representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises were questioned regarding the factors of influence of the internal and external environment on their activity, regarding interaction with local self-government bodies. As a fact, the financial support of business entities in Kremenchuk was evaluated. Obstacles to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have been identified and their expectations for improving the city's business climate have been analyzed.
