The dispersions obtained are shown to be pseudoplastic fluids. It is established that the mixture of carbon black brands CSTR-36D and C45 in a ratio of 9: 1 is the optimal carbon material of the composition for the manufacture of SC electrodes and nickel foam is the optimal material for the manufacture of collectors.The developed technology provides high reproducibility of the electrical parameters of the SC.
