The subject of research - models of expert evaluation of bridges technical condition. The purpose and objectives stage of work is the elaboration of scientific theoretical basis for the evaluation of technical condition and forecasting of the bridge residual life as a whole (object level). The study is devoted to the theoretical provisions for the creation of the newest model of expert evaluation and forecasting of bridge elements technical condition at the object and network levels in accordance with the normative document of road bridges operating system DSTU-N Б.В.2.3-23:2012 "Guidance on the evaluation and forecasting of road bridges technical condition". It is planned to replace the existing model by new one and to algorithmize it in the framework of AESUM. Modern approaches to the evaluation of structure technical condition as a whole are analyzing. The most widespread models of operational state evaluation are considering: deterministic models and stochastic discrete models. The adequacy of rating evaluation according to DSTU-N B В.2.3-23:2012 is analyzed. The disadvantages of current model are shown, the proposals for elaboration of the newest model of expert rating evaluation of the bridge junction technical state are forming.
