 Object of study: existing base of regulations, normative documents and technical literature on the road works technology, elaboration of design documents and of public roads works projects. Purpose: analysis of existing regulations, normative documents and technical literature, revision of existing type flowcharts, introduction of modern technologies and the development of type flowcharts on their basis that will help the customer and contracting construction and operating organizations to carry out effectively the development of design and technological documentation, works execution projects, as well as training of workers and engineering-technical specialists of road organizations in modern technologies and organization of works in occupational safety, health and environmental protection on public roads. Research Methods- analysis of output data, monitoring of applicable regulations, normative documents and technical literature, generalization, method of analogy. Field of application- the results of this work will be used by engineering and technical specialists of road services responsible for construction and exploitation for the operational maintenance of roads. Relevance of research- development of type flowcharts due to the need for increasing the level of organization of works on the construction and operational maintenance objects, traffic safety, work protection, implementation of sanitary, environmental norms and rules, introduction of changes and additions to the type flowchart related to road construction changes in the existing and issuance of new regulatory documents.
