Description
Development of methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of innovative projects of LLC "Ternobudmechanization" taking into account its innovative development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to develop a conceptual systematic approach to the management of investment and innovation risks, in particular: the features of managing the efficiency of investment projects in the conditions of market transformation are determined; analysis of the effectiveness of management of innovative projects of a construction organization; a model of effective investment management in construction has been developed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for managing the efficiency of innovative projects in construction. The degree of implementation is at the level of development. The results of the study will serve as a methodology for the management of LLC "Ternobudmechanization" in order to improve the management of the efficiency of innovative projects in construction.
