Q9FEC6 sequences from Th.elongatum and Q43655 from T. aestivum have been found to be highly identical homologues of the Adf3 gene. The M8A999 sequences with T. urartu and W5FCU1 with T. aestivum are the closest homologs of the complete Rpg5 protein sequence, but the kinase domain identity is lower than that of the other domains. Additional search for sequences homologous to the kinase domain Rpg5 did not reveal its orthologs. Homologs of the RGA1 gene were M7ZZX9 sequences from T.urartu, W5FFP0, and W5FI33 from T.aestivum.
