The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of customs innovations of moving vehicles in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to determine the theoretical features of the implementation of customs formalities for the movement of vehicles across the customs border of Ukraine, to evaluate the customs innovations of such movement and to formulate proposals for improving the customs legislation of Ukraine in the area of ​​transportation of vehicles. Research methods - general scientific methods of economic research (systematization, grouping and generalization, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, formalization) and special economic methods (tabulation, graphical, economic and statistical). The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of customs brokers by improving the quality of mediation services in the process of customs clearance of vehicles. The main results of the research characterizing the scientific novelty include the following: a comprehensive study of innovations of the customs legislation in the part of regulation of the process of import of cars into the territory of Ukraine in customs regimes of temporary import and transit. The practical value of the results of the study is that the proposed methodological and practical recommendations will be used in the activity of VITA-EDVANCE LLC in the context of optimizing the provision of customs clearance services for vehicles.
