The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological provisions and practical tools for managing the development of institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The aim of the research is scientific substantiation of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the process of managing the development of institutions of higher education, taking into account financial and economic factors.
