This work was carried out with the aim of firstly implementing international standards harmonized with the requirements of Directive 2006/42 / EC and fully aligning Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation in one of the priority sectors of industrial production, namely machinery, for the conclusion of the Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptability of Industrial Products ( AAAA). Execution of the work is an integral part of the creation of an evidence base for compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of machinery safety, developed on the basis of Directive 2006/42 / EC. The end result of the work will be the creation of a database of national regulatory documents harmonized with European standards. DSTU EN ISO 4254-11 will be included in the List of Standards, which are identical to the harmonized European Standards and which conforms to the presumption of conformity of machines to the requirements of the Technical Regulation of Machine Safety.
