To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: - Structures of electric networks with a voltage of 0.38-110 kV are considered and their advantages and disadvantages are determined; - considered methods to improve the reliability of electrical networks in the presence of distributed generation; - an algorithm is proposed for the localization of damage in medium-voltage distribution networks and the methodology for choosing rational installation locations for sectional switching devices has been optimized; - the methodology for checking the possibility of connecting the de-energized zone of the power line to a backup power source has been improved; - The issues of safe operation of distribution electric networks equipped with modern switching devices were considered; - substantiated the choice of methods for calculating the performance indicators of electric networks; - the objective function is obtained for studying the influence of technical and economic parameters on the efficiency of distribution electric networks; - the influence of technical and economic parameters on the efficiency of electric energy transmission using the voltage class of 20 kV was studied; - formed the basic principles for the construction of distribution electric networks with a voltage of 0.38-110kV.
