Research subject: strain of bearing parts in enclosure cases of super-high-frequency modules exposed to pressure and temperature impacts. The research goal: Development of strength and hermetic seal diagnostics and prediction methods for integral super-high-frequency modules, which are exposed to climatic environmental effects. Research methods: manometrical; tensometry; acoustic emission. Theoretical and practical results: the test installation designed for pressure and thermal tests of enclosed modules; strength and hermetic seal diagnostics and prediction methods for integral super-high-frequency modules; method designed for non-destructive on-line diagnostics of super-high-frequency modules subjected to cycling loads. Novelty of results: the acoustic emission method has been progressed for non-destructive strength diagnostics of super-high-frequency modules subjected to static and dynamic tests, by discovering informative parameters of acoustic emission, which are amplitude and total count of signals, whose threshold limit value is used for quality control while non-destructive tests. Implementation effect: the non-destructive strength and hermetic seal diagnostics and prediction method has been applied for antenna-feeder devices and modules of active phased antenna array in Limited Liability Company “Alpmontazh”, c. Khmelnitsky. Economical effect of implementation is determined by the second stage of “Manufacturing implementation”. Field of application: the non-destructive strength and hermetic seal diagnostics and prediction method is designed for integral super-high-frequency modules, in particular for enclosure cases of antenna-feeder devices and modules of active phased antenna array, made from aluminum alloy AMG.   Product Description popup.authors Boiko Yulii M.
