The effect of laser irradiation on the formation of spherical silver nanoparticles in various media was studied. It is shown that the optical properties of copper sulfide nanoparticles in the IR spectral region are determined by plasmon resonances, which can be successfully described within the framework of the Drude-Sommerfeld model and the discrete dipole approximation. The effect of the oxidation of copper nanoparticles on the absorption spectra of DLC-Cu nanocomposites was theoretically and experimentally researched.
