Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2 The project aims to develop an instrumental means for the study of the electrophysical properties of materials and biological tissues and liquids in medicine, chemistry, nanoparticle physics, semiconductor physics, solid state physics, low temperature physics, and other fields requiring substance properties and structure studies. The impedance meter developed has been tested for various liquids, including bioliquids: antibiotics, bone marrow cell suspensions, aqueous solutions, nanoparticle suspensions, solvents. As part of the phase, experimental studies were conducted and the possibility of using impedance spectroscopy to evaluate the concentration of salts of iron, magnesium, calcium and aluminum in the antibiotics of amoxicillin and doxycycline was established. Thus, the method provides not only a qualitative but also a quantitative assessment of the complex compounds formed, as well as providing a chemical explanation of the interaction between the above-mentioned drugs and other investigated objects. Also, suspensions of rat bone marrow cells were investigated and correlation of liver fibrosis with the electrical conductivity of the suspension was found. The frequency of dielectrophoresis for bone marrow cells has been established, which opens the prospects for the creation of devices for their separation. Experimental results that indicate a relationship between the age of the test animal and the electrical conductivity of the cell suspension were obtained.
