A number of measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of the transport process: the concentration of wagons at the node loading stations, the routing of wagons with grain, the use of "rigid" threads of the train schedule. The testing of the proposed measures was performed for a real logistics supply chain of grain cargo from the main grain loading stations to the large maritime terminal of the Odessa region.
