The purpose of the work is the development of biometric products with the aim of a comprehensive assessment of the tactical, technical and physical properties of the functional elements of military equipment items and the creation of innovative biometric packages with optimal zonal-differentiated placement to increase the productivity and efficiency of a single soldier participating in combat. Research methods: monitoring, analysis and a comprehensive assessment of the composition of packages, hygienic and tactical and technical properties of new and serial samples that have some changes in design, manufacturing technology or in real-time applications, through the use of microprocessor devices and remote monitoring and storage and data processing. In addition, on the basis of new information technology solutions, innovative design and technological solutions will be developed. According to the results of the study, a system was developed for remote monitoring of changes in the internal microclimate in the clothes area, which can be further used to evaluate and predict the comfort indicators of military equipment. The system consists of Atmel microcontroller, which is used to control and process the system data; a battery that is equipped with an intelligent power and charging module; a radio module that is used to transmit data via the VHF radio network (range up to 100 km) of the microSD card module, which is used to back up received data; temperature and relative humidity sensors to obtain data from the military personnel’s clothing space and to determine, in the future, the comfort parameters of the clothing set the soldier is wearing.
