Purpose of the research work: Develop individualized effective multi-level medical rehabilitation programs for diseases of the internal organs and systems Research methods, techniques, equipment:  Questionnaire  Somatography and somatoscopy  Manual diagnostics  Radiography Magnetic resonance imaging  Opto-electronic examination  Microcirculatory examination Special methods of inspection of internal organs and systems О Rheography  Electrocardiography  Ultrasound diagnostics  Daily ECG monitoring,  Daily blood pressure monitoring,  Daily monitoring of intra-cavity pH, impedance  Densitometry ultrasonic, X-ray two photon absorption Experimental study on animals  Biochemical research  Enzyme immunoassay  Statistical methods Scientific novelty and significance of scientific results obtained The concept of multilevel medical rehabilitation has been developed, which allows rehabilitation of patients on somatic, systemic, tissue, organ, biochemical, biophysical, as well as psycho-emotional (informational) levels in pathology of internal organs and systems, including - in comorbidity. Unlike other approaches to the rehabilitation and treatment process, multilevel medical rehabilitation is a system that allows to restore the health of patients lost due to illnesses, traumas or pre-treatment and to complement the existing ones: biomedical, biopsychosocial. The concept is based on a thorough knowledge of clinical anatomy, so it assumes that the main indicator of the effectiveness of a rehabilitation facility should be the restoration of anatomical structures and relevant functions in the context of WHO activity and participation in the biopsychosocial model.
