The dependence of the total cross section of the scattering of ultrarelativistic positrons on the target thickness in this crystal thickness range is studied. If the channeling takes place the possibility vanish the total scattering cross section at some the crystal thicknesses is shown. This phenomenon is similar to the Ramsauer-Townsend effect. Fermi formulas for the superfine structure of the energy levels of hydrogen and deuterium atoms are generalized to the electromagnetic structure of the proton and deuteron. It has been found for an arbitrarily spherically symmetric charge distribution in the atomic nucleus, the energy of the S-levels of the hydrogen-like atoms decreases in proportion to the average charge radii of the atomic nuclei of these atoms. The simplest model of electric charge distribution inside a proton corresponds to modern experimental studies of electromagnetic proton form factors was investigated. Consideration of the electromagnetic structure of the proton in the Fermi theory gives the frequency of superfine transition in a hydrogen atom closer to experimental one. A quantum theory of the coherent radiation in the collision of high-energy electrons with short clusters of ultra-relativistic particles, which allows to study the coherent radiation beyond the Born perturbation theory, was developed. The theory is based on the representation of the matrix element of the radiation process through the electron scattering matrix in the field of particles cluster and the quasiclassical electron wave functions in such a field. This method allows to take into account as the quantum effects on the scattering of electrons in the field of particles cluster on radiation and the recoil during radiation. From a quasiclassical point of view the scattering of fast charged particles in thin crystals where channeling does not yet take place is investigated.
