In the stagnation of the industry, this is accompanied by a rapid deterioration of the technical condition of the equipment of the locomotives as a whole. The attempt to shift some of the costs of repair to the locomotive depot due to the introduction of reinforced repair in the amount of PR-3P in general did not justify itself, since even powerful enough depots do not meet the capabilities of locomotive repair plants. Therefore, new approaches are needed to restore effective interoperability between all links in the railway repair facility. The purpose of this work was to develop the scientific aspects of the formation of regional service centers and to fix them locomotive depots on the basis of the analysis of the technical condition of the locomotive park and the provision of appropriate services, including the provision of spare parts.   Product Description popup.authors Ponomarenko Olena V.
