To achieve this goal, three unique natural objects of the Carpathian National Park were selected – the Rudyak Oligotrophic Swamp (territory of the Vorokhta Nature Conservation Research Department), the Nesamovite Lake (Goverlya Nature Conservation Research Department) and Maricheyka Lake (territory of the Vysokohirne Nature Conservation Research Department). The purpose of this work is to conduct a comprehensive study of the current state of oligotrophic swampes and high altitude lakes in the Carpathian National Nature Park, to study the features of the physical and chemical composition of the soils of the study area. Research methods – field studying, analytical, statistical, and cartographic. The soil sections were laid, the morphological description, the physical and chemical studies of the soil were conducted, the species composition of flora and fauna was studied, the physical and chemical composition of water was investigated. The abiotic and biotic components of the studied objects were evaluated. Recommendations for the conservation of the natural state of conservation of oligotrophic swamps and high mountain lakes have been developed. The measures of reintroducing swamp plant species in condition of disturbance of natural phytocoenoses were taken. The localization and mapping of areas of distribution of the main genetic soil types in the area of Nesamovite Lake, Maricheika Lake and the Rudyak swamp were clarified.
