As a result of theoretical studies and numerical modeling, a mathematical model of the movement of the milk-air mixture, as a two-phase medium, with a milk-line of a milking plant with upper and lower milk lines has been developed. A mechanical and mathematical model of the process of plates friction of a rotary vacuum pump in a milking machine is developed. On the basis of the conditions of vibration process intensification of wet coarse sheep wool in felt layer, geometrical parameters of the grooves of the working surface of the top movable plate of a small plate-roller machine are substantiated, and corresponding mathematical models are developed. As a result of experimental studies of the magnetohydrodynamic materials separation in solution, mathematical models of solution electromagnetic changing from the concentration and density of its conductive components have been obtained. As a result of experimental studies of the process of metered mixing of bulk feeds on the developed gravity-type dispenser, mathematical models were established, which related the accuracy of dispensing to the design parameters of the dispenser.
