The purpose of the study - To attract additional sources of financing to the State Road Fund in the conditions of propagation of vehicles with alternatives to internal combustion engines by power plants. Application - when justifying the need to attract additional sources of road economy financing. Research Method. In the process of research methods of complex and systematic analysis, abstract-logical, graphical, statistical, calculation and constructive, comparative analysis, expert assessments, graphoanalytic and others are used. Relevance of development. Increasing of the demand for cars with electric and hybrid engines the question of the feasibility of existing methods of generating revenues to the State Road Fund by excise on petroleum fuels is occurred. The search for alternative sources of funding has called for changes in the principles of filling the State Road Fund which would depend not on the amount of fuel used, but on the mileage (kilometrage) of the vehicle through the road network. The conducted analysis will allow developing the proposals on the formation of sources of revenue to the road fund from the owners of electric vehicles, possible mechanisms for collecting tolls from vehicles with alternative power plants with justification of the appropriate tariffs, which will allow attracting alternative sources of revenue to the State Road Fund.
