As a result of the research, several pharmaceutical compositions were synthesized, from which the most active activators of the completion of phagocytosis - formilysin and cholecalciferol were selected, their immunotropic properties were investigated. Two of the most effective urease inhibitors - quercetin and dipyrone were also selected, and their biochemical properties were investigated in the urease inhibitory activity inhibition. The nature of inhibition of urease activity by quercetin and dipyrone is established. The stability of various variants of pharmaceutical compositions of dipyrone, quercetin and cholecalciferol in the stress test (accelerated aging method) is investigated. The sterility of compositions under long-term storage in the stress test is investigated. The stability of one of the compositions during extrapolation for 24 months is shown, which makes it promising for introduction into industrial production. As a result of the research, a pharmaceutical composition for aerosol application based on dipyrone and cholecalciferol is selected, which is capable of reducing the number of macrophages with incomplete phagocytosis in lungs of mice infected with BCG against immunosuppression by 37%.
